We make every effort to arrive within scheduled windows, but timing may be affected by emergencies, weather, and other factors outside our control. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time service is completed, unless other arrangements are made in writing. You are responsible for the full amount of services rendered and any parts or materials supplied.
